If a spouse remarries, does this terminate his obligation to pay alimony in Florida?

In short, the answer is no. This is not an unusual situation. If the payor of alimony gets remarried after the divorce, they still must continue paying alimony. The opposite is the case if it is the recipient of alimony that gets remarried.
