Is it possible for an unmarried couple to establish rights as a couple?

In general, there are two different ways that unmarried couples can establish rights between themselves. The first is to get married. The second is to enter into some kind of a written agreement about how they will deal with each other financially and otherwise. But those written agreements are not enforced by the Family Law Courts. They are enforced by the regular Florida Courts as if they had entered into a contract between each other like any other contract entered into between two people when it’s trying to be enforced.
